INTERNAL BRAND + TEAM MEMBER HUB
Chick-fil-A Vero Beach needed a more organized and consistent way to communicate with Team Members. With no internal branding structure in place, I developed a digital Team Member HUB on Google Sites and redesigned key operational materials with a more cohesive, branded approach.
The work included updating existing manuals, creating new resources where gaps existed, designing internal signage, and refining messaging to support clearer communication, easier onboarding, and a stronger Team Member experience.
