Please allow 10 business days for processing and packaging of all orders. All items are shipped via USPS First Class mail. Designed By Erin is not responsible for USPS delays such as weather, etc. We only ship to U.S. addresses.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days and we will work with you to make it right. Please email dbedesignlife@icloud.com for assistance. For any products that are not custom, a refund can be issued once the items are returned in the original condition as delivered. The items must be UNUSED and UNOPENED. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs on returns.

 

Due to their personalized nature, custom items cannot be returned or refunded. All custom designs will need final approval before printing begins and no changes can be made after this point. Please take care when reviewing your proof and request any changes via email within an appropriate time frame. In the event that there is an error after final approval, no refunds will be given for said item(s).

Exchanges

If there is damage to the items you receive, buyer must send a photo to dbekane@me.com to show the error or damage within 5 days of receipt. If damage or error has been fully proved in said time frame, a new shipment of the same purchased items will be sent in 10 business days.

Color Disclaimer

All monitors reproduce colors differently. Because of this, colors may shift from screen to print, therefore colors cannot be guaranteed.

Digital Downloads

Designed By Erin is dedicated to providing high-end prints. Designed By Erin art prints are also available as an instant printable option.
 

All instant download options are high resolution PDFs sized to standard 8.5×11 inch paper. Your PDF will be available to download via an email sent, once payment is confirmed.

Digital PDF files are not for resell or redistribution. They are free for personal use only and can be printed multiple times from a single user. Images and content are non-transferable. Sharing of files is strictly prohibited. Files may NOT be resold or posted in digital form, as a free download, or as a printed piece. All files are secured with password protection that prevents you from making alterations. Thank you for respecting these terms and all the hard work that goes in to each item.
